The following Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between attendees and the organisers of the Robert Whitman × PPUK Photo Exhibitions in London (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or participating in any related activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The Event is organised and presented by Prince Party UK (PPUK) in partnership with Robert Whitman (“the Organisers”).
Tickets must be purchased through official channels (e.g., Eventbrite) and presented upon entry.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
Admission is subject to venue capacity and security checks.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, without refund.
Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of venue staff but are not guaranteed entry.
Opening times and schedules will be published in advance but may be subject to change.
The Organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel elements of the Event, including exhibits, talks, or special appearances, due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of full cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the face value of their ticket only.
The photographs displayed are copyrighted works by Robert Whitman. Reproduction, photographing, filming, or recording of the artworks is strictly prohibited unless clearly authorised by the Organisers.
Personal photography of the venue (excluding the artworks) is permitted for non-commercial use only.
Press, media, or influencer photography requires prior written permission.
By attending, you grant the Organisers the right to capture and use images, audio, or video of the Event, which may include you, for promotional, archival, or educational purposes without compensation.
Limited-edition prints and merchandise may be available for purchase at the Event.
All sales are final. Exchanges or refunds will only be offered for faulty goods in line with UK consumer law.
Unauthorised resale of Event merchandise is strictly prohibited.
Attendees must behave respectfully towards staff, other visitors, and the artworks.
Harassment, disruptive behaviour, or intentional damage to property will result in immediate removal from the Event and potential legal action.
Food and drink may be restricted in certain areas of the venue.
The Organisers comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
Attendees must follow any instructions given by venue or Event staff.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed a health or safety risk.
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
The Organisers and the venue accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Attendees are responsible for the security of their personal belongings.
The Organisers aim to make the Event accessible to all attendees.
If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact the Organisers in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.
Personal data collected during ticketing or attendance will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
Data will only be used for purposes directly related to the Event unless you opt into further communications.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By attending, you consent to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Organisers may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; attendees will be bound by the latest version published on the Event website.
